Refund policy
Returns and Refunds:
Gear Up 3D will accept returns and refund the customer if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality, or function of a tool. Return windows are as follows; 30 days for form and fitment. 45 days for function or manufacturer defect. Please contact us at MattGearup3d@gmail.com for product concerns or to return a product.
Customer is responsible for return shipping if deemed necessary for refund.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders are non-refundable. A custom order is defined as any product or service that is created, altered, personalized, or specially sourced according to the customer’s specific requests. This includes, but is not limited to, items made to the customer’s chosen size, color, material, design, artwork, engraving, monogramming, or any order that deviates from our standard, ready-made offerings. Because custom orders are produced exclusively for the individual customer and cannot be resold, all sales are final once production has begun.
